Ready To Wear Shop
Due to the sensitivity of the fibers used to make our Ready To Wear items, MCKnits requires that items must return within 15 days of the purchase date, and are free of any permanent odors.
The following must be provided for all returned orders:
copy of customer receipt
Yarn, Kits, & Great Finds
New or unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for another selection or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When exchanging yarn, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive a credit notice from MCKnits via email.
If returning merchandise damaged in the mail, we will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred. We will also send replacement merchandise at no additional cost. For our records, please include a detailed description of the damage with your return.
A store credit will be issued after the item has been received and examined. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Patterns, books, sale items, accessories as well as yarns that have been wound from skeins may not be returned.
ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. IF THE SHIPMENT GETS LOST, NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE.

Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately. However, variations may occur for the following two reasons:
Yarn is dyed in lots,
Computer monitors render color differently.
